UPDATE : Intruder who entered Md woman’s apt while she filmed Tik Tok video is now in ICE custody. ICE says Angel Moises Rodriguez-Gomez is here illegally from Mexico & was detained after he was released on bond

A disturbing social media video appears to illustrate the moment when a man now facing stalking charges broke into the home of a Hagerstown woman.
The video was uploaded to Instagram by a woman called Hannah Viverette after the break-in.
She said it happened in her apartment last Sunday night when she was dancing.
About 10:20 p.m., Viverette said that night that one of her neighbours climbed onto her balcony and then stepped into her apartment. Viverette's dreaded shock is caught in the video.
"As many people know, I love to dance. It is my outlet, my meditation, my safe place," Viverette wrote. "More than not, I am recording my movements on my phone."
In her post, Viverette says the perpetrator, 36-year-old Angel Moises Rodriguez-Gomez, cut off the Christmas lights wrapped around her balcony by two feet of rope. She claims that after the break-in, she made the chilling revelation.
Viverette claims that Rodriguez-Gomez lives across the street from her. She claims that Rodriguez-Gomez later wrongly told police that he was welcomed to her apartment by Viverette.
"He admitted to climbing up on my balcony only because he thought I took his picture right before he closed the door to leave)- but he of course told a very different story," Viverette wrote. "This cannot be the first attempt he’s ever made to act on stalker behavior."
