Officials shut down Ay! Jalisco in Gaithersburg

Part of the main requirements of phase two of reopening in which different counties are found, indicates the application of social distance, use of a mask and the limit of people within a business or food services, but these Measures have gone unnoticed by many establishments that have been fined and even closed as a result.

Ay! Jalisco in Gaithersburg was given a citation for employees not wearing masks. Further violations will be met with a $500 citation and a liquor license suspension.

It won’t be allowed to reopen until a written plan to meet the restrictions is submitted and approved by the county’s Department of Health and Human Services.
