Missing | Starmeka Monique Kelly, 36,

The Frederick Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing adult female, Starmeka Monique Kelly, 36, of Frederick, Maryland.  A family member of Ms. Kelly reported her missing on June 9.
