42-year-old Eric Mueller of Gaithersburg was charged by Montgomery County police
with sexual assault of a minor and a fourth-degree sex crime.

After he reportedly sexually assaulted a minor in her Montgomery County house, a Takoma Park police officer is facing charges.
According to police, the incident happened on Nov. 22, and Mueller's arrest warrant was released on Dec. 3.
Police believe the incident is isolated, and they do not think Mueller had any other alleged victims.
