A man died after being shot in the head in a DC, a minor was also injured
After a shooting happened in the Southeastern Area, a man was killed and a boy was shot and hospitalized.
Authorities reported that the violent event occurred on Sunday shortly after 10:00 p.m. at 2300 Hartford St.
Police officers located at the scene a man who was shot in the head.
In addition, a 15-year-old teenager was found on Bruce Pl. With a gunshot wound to his buttocks.
Both victims were hospitalized in an emergency, however the man was pronounced dead at the center later.
According to the doctors, the teenager is expected to survive as the injuries he sustained are not considered extremely serious.
The police indicated that the investigation of the case continues active and that they have not executed any arrests in reference to this crime.
